The Role
We are seeking professional and customer-focused Catering Attendants to join our team in a Premium Airline Lounge at Sydney Airport (SYD). In this role, you will support the delivery of high-quality food and beverage service within a premium hospitality environment, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at all times.

This role combines hospitality service, food presentation, and back-of-house support in a fast-paced airport lounge setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, set up, and replenish food and beverage service areas within the lounge.
• Ensure all food items are presented to a high standard and replenished in a timely manner.
• Provide courteous and professional service to lounge guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all service and preparation areas.
• Follow food safety, HACCP, and company operational procedures.
• Assist with clearing tables, dishwashing, and general cleaning duties.
• Support stock rotation, inventory checks, and replenishment of supplies.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and hospitality teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all workplace health, safety, and airport security procedures.

Selection Criteria

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or customer service is highly regarded.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a premium environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks.
• Availability to work across a seven-day rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
