About the Role:

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for General Labourers based in Brisbane.

These roles offer ongoing work with the potential to go permanent for the right candidates, with immediate starts available.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with general labouring duties across warehouse, manufacturing, construction or production environments
• Load, unload and move materials, products and equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform manual handling tasks and physical work throughout the shift
• Support tradespeople, operators and supervisors with daily operational activities
• Operate hand and power tools in accordance with training and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean, organised and hazard-free work environment at all times
• Conduct basic quality checks to ensure work meets required standards
• Follow workplace health, safety and environmental procedures consistently
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production and project targets
• Report equipment faults, safety concerns and operational issues promptly to supervisors

Experience and Qualifications:

• • Previous experience in a labouring, warehouse, manufacturing, production or construction environment preferred
  • Experience performing manual handling and physically demanding tasks
  • Experience using hand and power tools is highly regarded
  • Experience operating machinery or equipment is advantageous
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures and safety documentation
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport preferred
  • Forklift Licence (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Forklift Licence (LF) highly regarded but not essential
  • White Card highly regarded for construction and site-based roles
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment if required
  • Relevant trade qualifications, certificates or industry training highly regarded but not essential
