About the Role:
This is a hands-on Chef position where you'll be preparing a variety of hot and cold dishes to rigorous airline standards. Enjoy a dynamic and bustling atmosphere where you'll work with a structured brigade focusing on quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Your Responsibilities:

• Cook meals to precise menu specifications and portion guidelines.
• Ensure the highest standard of food quality and presentation.
• Monitor wastage and manage portion control.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen teams.
• Uphold cleanliness and follow HACCP standards.
• Contribute to safety and quality documentation.

The Must-Haves:

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Proficiency with knives and high-output kitchen experience.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety.
• Ability to maintain quality under pressure.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate rotational rosters.
