The Role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Assembly Line Workers to join our food production team based in Melrose Park, Sydney. In this role, you will work on a fast-paced production line supporting the preparation, assembly, packaging, and processing of food products for large-scale catering operations.

This is a hands-on role that requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on a production line assembling and packing food products according to specifications.
• Assist with preparation and processing of ingredients and finished products.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for distribution and dispatch.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Follow HACCP guidelines, quality assurance procedures, and operational instructions.
• Conduct routine quality checks to ensure consistency and product standards.
• Perform repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting, stacking, and sorting items.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

Selection Criteria

• Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, hospitality, or similar environments is desirable but not essential.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Availability to work across a seven-day rotating roster, including early mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Full Australian working rights.
