As a Catering Attendant, you will be instrumental in preparing fresh ingredients for airline meals, ensuring they meet high-quality, hygiene, and portion standards. Work in our bustling, high-volume kitchen supporting skilled chefs and production teams.

🔪 Key Responsibilities

• Perform cutting, slicing, dicing, trimming, and portioning with precision
• Prepare food according to airline specifications and portion sizes
• Adhere strictly to HACCP and food safety standards
• Assist with meal assembly, packing, and production lines
• Meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Safely operate kitchen tools and equipment
• Keep your workspace spotless and organised

✅ Requirements (Essential)

• Proven experience in knife skills, food preparation, or commercial kitchen environment
• Background in catering, hospitality, or food production
• Must NOT hold a Working Holiday Visa
• Student visa holders must have full-time availability (5 days/week)
• Availability for rotating morning and afternoon shifts
