As a Production Worker, you will be involved in the manufacture and assembly of timber roof trusses and wall frames. Working in a fast-paced production environment, you'll play an important role in ensuring products are manufactured accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble timber roof trusses and wall frames using production plans.
• Measure, cut and position timber components accurately.
• Operate hand tools, power tools and production machinery safely.
• Read and interpret basic production drawings and work instructions.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Stack, wrap and prepare completed products for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as required.

About You

We're looking for candidates who:

• Have previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, warehouse or labouring roles (preferred but not essential).
• Are physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks and lifting timber throughout the day.
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Can work effectively within a team environment.
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Are reliable, punctual and committed to workplace safety.
• Can follow instructions and work efficiently to production targets.
• Hold a current driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred).
• Ability to work Monday to Friday

  Days - 6:30am - 3pm Monday to Thursday with Friday being 6:30am 12:30pm
  Afternoons - 3pm - 12am Monday to Thursday with Friday being 1pm - 9pm (with every second Friday off)
