Location: Tingalpa office with onsite work near Banyo
Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts (5:00am–1:30pm & 10:30am–7:30pm)
Travel: Required between office and client sites

What you’ll be doing:

• Every day will be different, but you’ll be at the heart of keeping things moving:
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Matching great people with great job opportunities
• Managing onboarding and induction processes for new starters
• Running assessment centres and supporting recruitment campaigns
• Rostering, database management, and compliance tasks
• Providing onsite candidate support and client service
• Acting as the key point of contact for clients onsite
• Building strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Handling issues quickly and professionally when they arise
• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• General admin and operational support

• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Confident communicator with great phone manner
• Customer service experience (a big plus!)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
