The Opportunity
Join a dynamic and safety-focused team at our high-profile airline catering client site at Sydney Airport. This casual fulltime ongoing position offers the potential to become permanent. You will work on a rotating roster, covering any of the seven days of the week, with shifts totaling 30–38 hours per week plus OT,
About You
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable candidates who meet the following criteria: - Hold a full and current HR or MR driver’s license.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
- Are physically fit and able to pass a full medical assessment, including alcohol and other drug (AOD) testing.
- Can obtain a criminal history check and an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card).
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written).
Key Responsibilities - Load fully stocked aircraft trolleys onto trucks at the catering facility and deliver them to aircraft.
- Perform airside duties, including guiding hi-lift vehicles for safe aircraft servicing and securing crew sign-off.
- Undertake short-distance driving duties.
- Marshal drivers on the tarmac, ensuring truck positioning complies with company, airport, and airline policies.
- Liaise with airline staff during handovers.
- Load and unload trucks with carts, ovens, and standard units.
